「Excellent services from the hotel staff.」

「It’s the best hotel situated at the heart of Souq Waqif, a historic market just like stepping into One Thousand and One Night. If u stay in Doha for few days, should move into Souq Waqif hotels by Tivoli. It’s modern, clean and neat, very Islamic building. Excellent breakfast, shower and bed. No complaints about the quality. However Tivoli manage few boutique hotels situate at different part of Souq Waqif, I can only comment where we stay- the Al Bidda. 」

「The rooms were very nice, but the bathroom was tight, particularly as the shower doors opened into the small area shared by the sink, toilet and bathroom door. Because the shower door opened into the bathroom, instead of into the roomy shower, water inevitably ran into the area with the toilet and sink. Other than that, everything was wonderful -- particularly the staff!!!! We were offered check-in far earlier than we could have ever dreamed, and many other special treatments that made our stay...

「Family of 4 adults stayed overnight for a layover. The hotel is about 15-20min from the airport. Used Uber to get to the hotel—very easy and convenient. Cost of Uber was about $11 USD. The hotel is in a quiet area but nothing really near it in terms if shops. Since we’re only there to sleep, it was ok. The hotel had a nice restaurant and also a small cafe so food was no problem. 「凌晨到酒店，checkin 完成拿門咭回房間，但我訂是雙床房，他們說已經沒有了，沒辦法，唯有進房間，後發現床鋪凌亂，還有同一門咭放在枱上，洗手間門鎖上，馬上退出，回lobby投訴，他們自己都不知原因，後來換另一個房間，說Upgrade一間有客廳的，但坦白說給我都沒用，我們只睡4小時😭😭」
