National Pantheon

2 adults & 2 kids , stayed 3 nights in studio on 4th floor. Location excellent, however everything else was disappointing. 1- the room was very dirty, hairs on floor & bedsheets, 2-unable to cook breakfast -toaster had thick layer of dust. Cleaning staff wiped it down externally, but thick dust internally also. No pot, but 2 frying pans! Door handle of toilet fell off on first use, reported same, no-once fixed it. Door had to remain open during toilet visits! Lights in stairwell unreliable . I would not feel safe walking up/down as a single woman. Lift did not work on 2nd night so had no choice. 1 pillow each per guest.
