This newly remodeled short-term studio condo is the perfect blend of modern comfort and coastal charm. Located on the ground floor, it offers easy access and a relaxing vibe, ideal for those who love the beach lifestyle. As you step inside, you’re immediately greeted by an open-airy layout that offers a view of the Sound.
The kitchen area is fully updated with new appliances, including refrigerator, microwave and stove, as well as modern countertops and cabinetry. There is an island for preparing food and a small dining area perfect for two.
The living area features a plush, queen-sized sleeper sofa, a stylish accent chair, a flat-screen TV and a Bose surround system.
The sleeping area is tucked away, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed with high quality linens, soft pillows, and a beachy vibe. The sliding glass door leads to the patio where you can enjoy the coastal breeze and stunning sunsets.
With its prime location just a short walk to the Gulf side beach, this condo offers both convenience and style, making it the perfect getaway spot for a relaxing beach vacation.

I cannot adequately express how wonderful this place is! The apartment is beautifully and well-appointed. The hosts have gone above and beyond, from the interior design to the amenities. The hosts have taken full advantage of the space. They provide ample towels, both bath and beach. All appliances are modern and updated. There's a nice assortment of glassware, dishes, utensils, etc. The bed is dreamy. You only have a very short walk from the patio to the beach, which is on the bay. It was tranquility personified. The hosts provide all the information you need and its easily accessible. I highly recommend this rental and its hosts!

Amazing Condo
Super clean and tidy condo! The decor was adorable and felt so comfortable!! Super cute and had a great variety of spices and kitchen items! Bathroom was immaculate! Towels and linens are top notch! Even had a couple beach chairs although one was broken the one came in handy. Thank you for creating an amazing place to stay!

Excellent location for families.
Very convenient location with beautiful view of the sound. Just walk out the patio door to private pier and beach on the sound or a short 2 blocks to the gulf beach. We love Sunset Harbor Palms and have stayed at there for the last 3 years and will definitely return. Condo was clean and despite being a small studio, it had all we needed for our family of 3. We finished our stay steaming crabs that we caught on the pier and fresh gulf shrimp from the market.

Very Clean & updated condo
Very clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were super soft. The condo was nicely furnished. We had everything we needed to feel at home. The location was excellent. There was a pier a few steps away from the back door. We enjoyed fishing and exploring the sandy banks of the Santa Rosa Sound on the property. The Gulf islands national seashore was a short drive and had gorgeous white beaches and sparkling emerald water! It was the perfect spot for our beach get away!! We will definitely be back!
