Easter stay

Great location, Wonderful Pool, Location and proximity to beach perfect. Upstairs well appointed for large family dinners, game nights and gathering. Overall a really nice place to stay. For older guests the stairs are cumbersome and the Front stairs are a bit wobbly. With no inside connection up to down it was difficult for my Dad. Downstairs smelled like strong floor varnish. We were short Bath towels for our entire group.

Great location and outdoor space

The pool area and deck space was top notch. But there are some issues with the home. The first floor has a strong, persistent odor of mothballs/cleanser that never went away. The ceiling vent was also raining throughout the stay and one set of windows leaked quite a lot during heavy rain. Second floor rooms were nice but there is at least 1 rat living in there as the remnants can be seen in the photos. The front deck was also littered with cigarette butts so a new cleaning company might be in order. The management company offered a 9% refund for these difficulties and were responsive to communications. Aside from the issues it’s a fantastic location and the outdoor space was great.
