Private house boasts 3 upscale, clean bedrooms and 3 baths with relaxing private pool. Utilize the private elevator from the garage to the main floor to help you transport all your luggage and beach items. The sun, sound of waves, and white sand are only 900 ft away or enjoy fishing and boating right off the private dock on the canal leading out to the ​bay. Cool breezes and views​ of sunrise/sunset can be seen from the wrap around balconies​ while you enjoy your morning coffee or late night cool drinks ​. Play all day in the private pool or relax in the jetted spa. Cold outside? Pool and spa can be heated with an extra fee ($500). The ​living room has a comfortable queen sleeper and two high-quality​ swivel​ chairs. The main floor bedroom has a queen size bed with the view of the bay and a large walk-in closet. The main floor bathroom has a walk-in all tile shower with corner​ seat to relax after a day at the beach. The well-decorated​ master bedroom is located on the second floor with a sleep number bed for your comfort with a massage function to relax all of your sore muscles. The large master​ bath has an all tile walk-in​ shower and corner seat or spend time soaking in the large master bathtub​ and take in the Florida views of palm trees and blue skies. Two upstairs tile showered bathrooms, give both bedrooms their own privacy with plenty of towels. ​Third bedroom has 2 double size bed​s and a single size bed. All have new linens and can sleep a total of 5. A full-size​ washer and dryer​ are located next to the upstairs bedrooms to make it convenient​ to keep your​ items clean. This home has TV's both upstairs and down, and separate dining and living room, with the kitchen and a pass-through bar. 5G internet for streaming is available. ​​There are adult, children’s bikes, ping pong table, and three kayaks with safety vests. Our cleaning crew have high standards to disinfect the house to minimize risk of spreading viruses. A golf cart is available for rent (additional fee if rented $500 per week) to carry all your goodies to the beach and park at the public parking area. We only accept weekly (7 day) bookings starting on Saturday and checking out the following Saturday. It is important to purchase travel insurance to receive a full refund in an event of a natural disaster (hurricane) or pandemic. Two security cameras are located on the premises. One is towards the driveway in the front of the house and the other is pointing towards the pool equipment (not the pool or hot tub) Both are for safety and security and shall not hiddener your privacy or enjoyment!
