"The rooms smell awful. The staff (especially the older restaurant staff) is rude and waits for tips without earning it. The receptionists were nice though! This five star hotel does NOT provide laundry services. They said it’s because they are really busy but the hotel was empty so that doesn’t add up. The housekeepers were always visible.
