"I loved the place, it was a beautiful, peaceful view, the cottage was very clean and very well supplied. Beds were very comfortable. The only thing is they did not have propane for the grill when we wanted to make steaks, and we didn’t want to go back into town to get propane, so we use the oven. The manager did say in her property details that if we bought the propane, she wouldn’t reimburse us with the cost, which was very nice. Once we got here, we just kind of wanted to stay the cushions...

We had a beautiful light show from the thunder because you can see off into the distance with their land. There is so much room to spread out! "Absolutely loved our stay here for the 2024 eclipse! We were only here two nights, but wished we could have stayed for a month! Inside we felt like we were nestled deep in the mountains of Colorado, yet this cabin is located only 5-15 minutes to pretty much anywhere in Poplar Bluff. "This was a great house and location. We had a wonderful time. Communication with home owner was amazing. We had some unfortunate damages to some of our vehicles caused by mother nature. The home owner as well as the neighbors were right there within minutes and were so helpful and caring. Will definitely be returning in the future."

"A great cabin in the woods! Lots of room, great water pressure. The shower is actually in the bathroom off of one of the bedrooms so if you have multi families staying it takes a little planning to use it etc. I feel like knowing that ahead of time might be helpful?.
