"Amazing stay in the deluxe suite. Me and my family (2 adults and 3 kids 6-12y) had a great time here. The apartment was really good and superclean, had 1 balcony and 1 huge terrace with sea view, and was superclean and fresh. The stay is superclose to the beach, which definitely adds value as it is super easy to go for a swim, and head back for a quick lunch or rest if you don't want to spend the entire day on the sunbed. "Worst experience I have ever had! I drove 6 hours from Athens in the scorching heat, and when I called, an old lady picked up the phone that had NO IDEA about a reservation, nor did she allow dogs like they say they do! Being that it was the day of the reservation, Expedia couldn’t do anything, as she had to cancel it. She was clueless! "We stayed at Soleado Luxury Villas with our family & it was a great escape. We were surprised by a large tray of tiropites and spanakopites the first morning we woke up. Natasha was amazing & very attentive to anything we required. We highly recommend staying at Soleado Villas. The villas were a 5 minute drive from shops, restaurants, supermarkets, beaches & much more. We can’t wait to visit again. Thank you Natasha for making us feeling extra special and going above and beyond. "

"Overall experience was good. I would reconsider the background music by the pool and beach bar. 1) Change playlists more regularly. 2) Allows for some "silent" hours with no music. 3) The area with the blue sofas should NOT have music at all during the day. Allowing people to have nice and quiet rest, with only the sound of the water features. 4) cheese cake should be provided after lunch/dinner and during snack time, not just for breakfast. :P 5) On the website there is mention about water activities BUT we couldn't find any info on the premises and the staff didn't know. "The bathroom had a lot of mould & the shower diverter was not working properly so very poor water pressure- very hard to wash your hair when the tap below is running at full pressure. We advised the receptionist & asked for a room change, no rooms available & nothing was done to fix the problem in the shower cubicle. The staff in the dining & bar were excellent & very friendly "
