"The front desk service was mostly good, and the restaurant staff were also nice. However, the housekeeping staff were very lazy. During my 10+ day stay, they consistently failed to replenish essential items (cotton pads, shower caps, etc.) and didn't always fully replenish the water supply. No wonder some people commented that it wasn't clean; the housekeeping staff's professionalism was indeed lacking."

"飯店房間很多，所以隨時都有很多人出入。很多人不會用電梯，常擠在電梯口。基本上沒什麼服務，冰塊要自己到一樓酒吧要，Room service 送要錢。每天房內整理都不確實補上備品，連沐浴乳用完了也沒補充。甚至有一天整個房間都沒整理。房務人員一早十點就在敲門想整理，我人都還在房內。頂樓高級酒吧營業到2點，晚上隱約還能聽到音樂聲。"

"洒店位置 La Motte - Picquet Grenelle 車站，步行大約10分鐘，可到戰神廣場欣賞巴黎鐵塔，附近也有很多Coffee Shop。房間整潔窗外更可看見艾菲爾鐵塔，洗手間雖然比較細，但整潔度也不錯。入住時正值夏天，房間也有冷氣抵讚。可惜一點是，如果你需要寄存行李，需要自費到-1層寄存行李。"
