“Just got settled in after an evening football game and heard water in the bathroom. The room above us flooded their bath and we had water running down for over 15 mins before letting up. Luckily most of our stff was out of the bath when it happened. I understand that is outside the hotel’s control, but they were unable to get us a new room in their sold out hotel. They had at least one other room that had flooded and were waiting to clean. So that is at least 3 rooms with water damage and only……

“My room was not clean. There was a big hole in the bathroom where the toilet plumbing came in. It was molded and bugs and gnats were in the bathroom every morning. The doors and woodwork were in shambles. No light bulb over the sink. I requested one on my first night. Day 3 still no bulb. One positive is the bed was very comfortable and sheets were soft and clean. I would not go back.”

“Informed at check in the direct tv was out and supposedly being worked on. Never worked the day we stayed. Breakfast time cut off was delayed possibly to make up for the tv. It was appriciated. Ok stay. First words out of the clerk after i prepaid on expedia is we need your card for incidentals.”

“The room was a very nice size, only problem was the internet. Could not connect when in our room. Breakfast was simple, but at least they had the waffle maker.”
