New apartment with great views near Heidelberg

Thank you for your interest in our apartment, in which we would like to welcome you!

The apartment Owwe (Odenwald for: Above) is on the upper floor of a semi-detached house in Neckargemünd. The house has been extensively refurbished in recent years, energetically upgraded and equipped with new technology.

Neckargemünd is located about 8 km east of Heidelberg in the heart of the Palatinate and the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region.

The house is in the quiet Hollmuthstr. 72 in a panoramic position on Hollmuthhang. It is 100 meters to the forest and the Neckargemünd Altstadt S-Bahn is 1.1 km and a 15-minute walk away.

There is a covered parking lot (carport) or Street parking is available.
An external staircase leads to the entrance and covered terrace facing south.

The apartment with approx. 55 m² offers space for up to 6 people (optimally 2-4 people> max. 4 adults + children)

Come on a little tour:

Right on the left is the bedroom with a double bed (160 cm wide), a wardrobe and a small table (Lan socket). There is also the possibility to set up a travel cot for children.

Now opposite the daylight bathroom, puristic and elegant, with shower, toilet, vanity with utensil drawers and a towel radiator.

The kitchen-dining table area awaits you further down the hall.
The bench and chairs on the wooden table provide seating.
The white kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, dishwasher, sink at the window, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, oven, induction hob, toaster, extractor hood and dishes and utensils for up to 6 people (high chair on request is a matter of course).

Further into the living room:> WOW effect !!!
A panoramic window across the entire width of the room offers a really great view of the grounds' gardens and the forested mountains.
Television is also possible with the 43 "LED TV. (small game selection)
The sofa can become a bed for two people.

Now further up (all owwe) via a steep staircase to the pointed floor.
Here you will find two single beds, a writing surface (LAN) at the window and another toilet with a small sink.

The basic price including 2 guests is € 70.00 - € 80.00
Each additional person will be charged € 15.00.
The final cleaning is estimated at € 35.00.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
We grant a 5% discount from a rental period of 7 days, 10% from 28 days.

Linen change (yourself!) € 12.00 / person (bed linen and towels).

The apartment is equipped with a ventilation system, central vacuum and electrical shutters.
WLAN Internet connection (100 Mbit / s) and a telephone (German landline) are available free of charge.

Please note: this is a non-smoking apartment where pets are not allowed.
In the garden area u. We are not quite finished using the garden on more than 1000m². However, you can literally "overlook" this in this apartment. We ask for your understanding.

What else is needed? Bakers, butchers, hairdressers, banks, supermarkets, bike shops (rental), pubs, restaurants, cafes, canoe rentals, wine shops, pharmacies, S-Bahn connections, main train station, bus connections, Neckar shipping, hiking and biking trails, forest, swimming pool, market, The old town, castle ruins and so on are in Neckargemünd. Also called the beautiful sister of Heidelberg, the old town looks back on 1000 years of history with the remains of the city wall and the castle ruins of Reichenstein.

In the metropolitan region: theaters, cinemas, fun pools, saunas, museums, golf courses, exhibitions, regional festivals, Hockenheimring, castles, palaces and much more in Heidelberg, Mannheim; Schwetzingen, Sinsheim, Eberbach, etc. ...
