“My only disappointment was that the cabin we were assigned had no electricity. To be fair, the website did say the rustic cabins have no electricity, but I missed that - that is on me. Nonetheless, it was comfortable and they provided some battery operated replica lamps that provided a soft lighting. The staff was friendly. Things were reasonably clean. I noticed a few things here and there that could have been better maintained, particularly in the bathroom.”

“Wonderful cabin, we could not be happier with this rental! Wayne keeps a very clean and tidy space, with thoughtful touches. We especially appreciated the bath robes and guitar for some morning comfort & evening entertainment. Having access to a washer & dryer was also a big plus during our stay. “We had 2 families with our stay and a total of 9 people. Spectacular views and great hosts. The place was very clean and there was plenty of space for us all. We went to Red Rocks amphitheater and needed a place to accommodate us all. This was about 40 mins away and close to Idaho Springs. We did some white water rafting and nearby is the St Mary’s Glacier trailhead. Strongly suggest doing the short hike up. Stunning views.”

“Clean and comfortable. Great location, close to action. Super cute. Moose wandered through the property while we were there! The reasons it didn’t get 5 stars: -Breakfast was odd. Pre built burritos, grab and go, for one hour. Tasty, but just odd. -Staff repeatedly told us the restaurant was open for dinner. We sat there for 10 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone. So we left. -No bathroom fan.”

“We booked for three nights. The air conditioning wasn’t working, phone number for contact was incorrect, I had to call VERBO to get a working number, there was no person on the property to address the issue, temperature got to 81 degrees never got below 77 degrees overnight even with a window open. Smelled bad and wasn’t very clean.The carpet was terribly stained and the ,coffee table was very worn nothing like the photos on Verbo. we only stayed one night however Matthew did offer another cabin……
