“My daughter was receiving an award and needed space since we were traveling in from Dallas with family. The house is lovely, checkin and communication was good. Plenty of space, perfect for what we needed. Two things to note. Sofa in living room needs to be replaced, back has no support. There is no privacy door for the forth bedroom, open. Lawn could have been mowed for better drive up appeal. Neighborhood was nice, quiet safe .I would rent sgain...but needs”

They were quick to respond to any questions we had and went above and beyond with personalized, welcoming touches. And they had all the baby equipment needed for a 13 month old. We will definitely return when in Beaumont!”
