"Not only was the room wonderful & the staff friendly & helpful, but the pool, steam room, sauna, breakfast room & coffee/fruit available all day was such a plus! We were already doing too much to try the bowling alley… but we will in the future! We also liked how eco friendly the entire hotel was! We highly recommend staying here! It was a short walk to the bus & a very short Uber ride if you need it!"
"The room was very clean and modern. Quite spacious with a small refrigerator. Breakfast was very good with some hot and cold selections. The main negative issue was the fact that you have to park at the mall next door. The nearest lot is P4. I parked in P5. I thought the under ground lots would all be connected. They are not. This meant we had to move all our suitcases and other things through the mall. And one critical elevator up from the garage wasn't working so we had to use the escalator. There's no loading zone in front of the hotel either."

"Very comfortable stay for our family of four. Easy check in, comfy beds, kitchen well-stocked with plates, pans, etc., easy bike ride into central Utrecht. We stayed for five days and enjoyed it greatly!"
