Friendly staff @ comfortable & nice hotel

Only stayed there for one night and it was my first night in Sri Lanka. Choose this hotel because it is close by the airport. There seemed to be no other guests when we were there so it felt as we had the whole place for us (hotel, pool, restaurant...) Due to this, the staff was very attentive and even adapted the food to us as they asked what we wanted for dinner and prepared it. Very nice, flexible and service-minded. Didn´t really go out the hotel to see the surroundings but I think it was a quite busy street even though one doesn´t notice from the hotel.

Nice staff and small, quiet hotel

Rather small hotel with 10 rooms. The staff was at our service and exceptional. The food was delicious and and made at our wishes and tastes. Highly recommandable! :)

Sehr gutes hotel zum ankommen und runterkommen. Das kontinentale Frühstück ist nichts besonderes, dafür das local breakfast umso besser. Das muss man allerdings am tag vorher bestellen was wir auch nur durch nachfragen herausbekommen haben

残念なことは一点のみ

ひとつを除いて満足なステイ！ ホテルに到着したのが外が真っ暗の夜だったのだが、前日の大雨で泊まる予定の部屋のメンテナンスが必要とのことでホテルのレストランで夕食をしながら待った。 かなりゆっくりとした夕食の後もまだ部屋が整っていないとのことでくたびれてしまった。 どのスタッフも感じがよく、やっと入室できた部屋はとにかく清潔だったしプールの目の前で大変良かったが、待ってる間にエアコンがついた場所で待てたならよかったと思う。

Leider konnten wir das gebuchte Zimmer nicht beziehen, da das Hotel überbucht war.Wir wurden in ein anderes Hotel gebracht, das Hotel Waves by Tranquil, was wir absolut weiterempfehlen können. Die Bewertung bezieht sich auf die Lobby und ihr näheres Umfeld.

清潔感あるホテル

新しいホテルということで非常にきれいで清潔感があり、快適な滞在でした。 朝ごはんもとても美味しかったです。 残念だった点は、wifiが少し弱かったのと停電が何回かあったことです。１回停電すると１時間近く電力が戻らなくて困りました。工事中だったからかな？

The room was a very good size with a comfortable bed. However, the "hot" water was only tepid for a short while at 11pm then it was cold water only, the hair drier kept on cutting out and the wardrobe doors were jammed so that access to the wardrobe was a challenge. Against this, the staff were charming and the food, both dinner sand breakfast, in the open air, roof top restaurant was freshly cooked and enjoyable. Overall, it was disappointing that three things did not work properly. Put those right and the hotel would be pleasing and, possibly, excellent.

A great little hotel

Perhaps the best- run hotel we stayed in throughout our tour of Sri Lanka. Only slight problem was there was no cover over the stairs going up to the dining area. We (and the staff) were unlucky enough to have rain that day. Told it was a rare event, but such events should be taken into account when designing a hotel. The staff were also hampered in serving meals, having to use umbrellas when they brought the food from the kitchen to the tables. Other than that, the hotel was very clean and the room had everything you would need. The staff too were always obliging.
