“I was the first person to occupy this beautifully, newly renovated apartment. Naturally, there were a few items needed, such as an iron and ironing board, kitchen knives, a pot, oven gloves, etc., and both Lina and Gerome, the onsite maintenance man, were not only quick in obtaining and supplying such things, they were very appreciative of the feedback.
