Some parts of the apartment need refreshing but for the price we were happy and it was a super convenient for us to stay in that location. 「We got a reservation at this property, however no one got back to us with instruction on how to enter the apartment. We got there at exactly 4pm and no one was there to open the door or to handle us a key! Very disappointed. We had to look for a new hotel in a city we do not know. 」
