“Place nice but reservation did not have cottage # listed so had to try all the doors to find our cottage. Host unreachable ”

“Don't stay here. I'd spend the small amount more per night and go to Surfside Resort down the street... which is what we did. The room was gross- a 2-inch gap between the bottom of the door and the floor at the entrance. The kitchen was noticeably slanted downhill, and the bathroom had a cardboard sign in the window that said "do not open..." (clearly it didn't work, but that sign has been there a long time, too, given the water marks on the cardboard). The fridge had noticeable dust, brown……

“Our group of 5 best friends had the best stay at Laneda Landing! The condo is so cute and cozy and provided everything we needed for a relaxing and fun beach weekend. The location is excellent; it’s walkable to the beach and all of the shops. We parked our cars and didn’t get in them again until it was time to leave. The beds were very comfortable, as was the living room furniture. The host was responsive and kind. We’d absolutely stay again!”

“Great property with easy beach access. Very clean, quiet, and bed was very comfy. Just far enough away from the center of town to be quiet and peaceful, but an easy walk along the beach to get to restaurants and shopping. ”

“Parking was easily accessible. Loved the location! Everything was nearby. The interior was minimalistic but clean. The only thing I’d suggest would be maybe to add a bit more lighting to the back porch and the front of the cottage. It was quite dark when taking out our pup for a potty walk. Adding a small lamp in the living room corner near the window would be great too! The ceiling lights were a little bright for us when watching a movie at night. Other than that it was a great place!”
