This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home along with a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom granny flat is tailored to cater up to 11 guests, making it the quintessential retreat for lavish family gatherings or exciting group ventures.

As you step through the gateway of this radiant abode, you are greeted by a luminous sparkling in ground pool and huge entertaining area. The granny flat is near the pool area and has a large bedroom, brand new bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity and a huge open plan living / dining/ kitchen area fitted with air conditioning, Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen – the ideal place for a parents retreat as there are no stairs to worry about !

When you walk inside the main house you will be amazed at the multiple living areas equipped with reverse cycle and split air conditioning, large Smart TVs, and a bountiful huge lounge room upstairs. Choose a book from the collection and lose yourself in a gripping narrative as the children engage in the selection of engaging games or watch their favourite shows.

Hone your culinary prowess in the enormous fully equipped kitchen, donning a dishwasher, microwave oven, family size fridge/ freezer, cooktop and oven, air fryer, and a toaster, making every meal a tantalising affair. Adjacent to the culinary heartland is a spacious dining room that can be joined with the dining provided in the kitchen to easily seat twelve people to create endless family gathering laughter.

Each bedroom is an intimate serene hideaway boasting ample storage for your belongings, the main bedroom is located downstairs and has an ensuite with walk in shower, toilet and vanity and also provides wall rail assistance. Downstairs also provides another shower and toilet off the laundry area and the main 3-way bathroom is located upstairs and has the convenience of a bath, shower located in a separate area, separate vanity area and separate toilet - multiple bathrooms ensure minimal queuing.

Outdoors, the residence features an inviting upstairs balcony and undercover entertaining area, gather around, and sizzle up a BBQ, or seek relief from the sun on hot summer days with a dip in the sparkling in ground pool. Boat owners will appreciate the boat parking ready for marine adventures in the surrounding waterways – please note no parking permitted adjacent to the property on grass area in the middle of the street.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
