Little Beach is known for the calm waters for children to swim, paddle board or just paddle their feet in the water, the foreshore at Little Beach also provides picnic tables, free BBQ facilities, toilet facilities and boat ramp. This is certainly the ideal location for a family, child friendly beachside vacation. Multiple dining venues are available within walking distance, such as the popular fish and chip shop, Little Beach Boathouse restaurant and bar and Wests Diggers Club.

The unit is on the ground floor with only five steps from the foyer entrance to the unit door. There is an open plan tiled living/ dining area with an Apple Smart TV, DVD player and unlimited Wi-Fi available, this area opens out onto the balcony with dining facilities, this is a great spot to sit back and watch the water activities at the beach and boat ramp.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, microwave, and family size fridge /freezer. The unit offers three bedrooms with the main bedroom having a ceiling fan and access to a private balcony with water views. The bathroom provides a shower, bath, toilet and vanity and an additional toilet is provided in the laundry, the laundry also has a top loader washing machine and dryer.

A single extra long undercover car space is available so you can park the car and walk to the beach, restaurants, and clubs. Imagine having a BBQ at the beach and watching some of the best sunsets the east coast has to offer, this is all yours when you stay at unit 1 Columbia.

Parking: Double undercover car space. Please note, only registered resident permit holders with vehicles registered with Port Stephens Council are allowed to park on the roadside in the Columbia Close cul-de-sacs and the cul-de-sacs along Gowrie Avenue.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
