Really lovely stay. Spacious and well equipped. Driveway may be very steep for certain vehicles but SUVs will be fine.

Very suited to what we were after

The property wasn’t super clean on arrival, ash in theatre room cup holders etc. However due to house size, I’d imagine it would be a tough fete cleaning up after short stays etc

Only a 10 minute drive from the beach, with many different restaurants and activities available. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone interested. Only let down was the wifi was terrible and the kids complained.

Family haven

This property is amazing from the minute it comes into view, you might like to download an app to find each other when you first get there . Our get together was perfect. Despite some really awful weather for. A couple of the days we were there. There is space for everyone to do there own thing or to congregate in the dining area, the movie room, the pool room the kitchen. All of them are large enough to accommodate a large group. The views are just simply stunning. The only downside for me was the various levels on the ground floor, as a mobility challenged older person negotiating some of the steps caused some stress, however the entire time was worth the extra effort because family time is so precious and spending it in the serene surroundings of this property was simply amazing. Thank you for allowing us to share this space fora few days

Grand property for large group

Amazing House

House was amazing. 4 families were in the home for a 4 day stay. It is quite a large home and divided very well so different things happening at the same time were not interrupting anyone else. TV in the theatre was very laggy to set up but great once something was put on. The kids left it and it kept them entertained/busy. Pool room, kitchen, rooms, house styling were all great. Did find the cleaning that had been done to be very visual/surface level cleaning though. We all chipped in to clean before handing the property back and found we were cleaning preexisting, dust, dirt, etc in the lesser visual locations.

The location and views were spot on. The house is designed beautifully but at over a Thousand dollars a night and being called Luxurious it falls way short. Chipped glasses, bowls. The exhaust fan over the stove had fat dripping onto our cooking and looked like it had never been cleaned. The container in the fridge for Ice and water had slime in it, the bath had to be cleaned before it could be used, the living area was full of cobwebs and my son in law had to kill a redback as it wandered down to the floor. I could go on but they have been made aware of the issues and we have photographs. They did offer to send their cleaners back but we were out as we were enjoying precious family time away. Would we book again, no we wouldn't as it was very disappointing for what was described as luxury.

Coolest theater room. 5 Large bedrooms. My parents came from the US and totally enjoyed it. I had to force them to leave, because they were thinking about moving in. LOL! Honestly it was a dream and our greatest pleasure being able to stay at this house. Thank you so much for the opportunity.

Grandview for family birthday weekend

Our first impressions were good and the property was as we expected only negative of starter pack was only one sachet of sugar and no milk , we expected self catering so not a problem . Only other problem was sound bar not being connected to tv in cinema room and even with IT expertise proved unsuccessful but basic sound didn't spoil our enjoyment .Cooker and BBQ all worked well and crockery cutlery and cooking utensils were adequate for our party of 10 . The modern design of the property and very large windows meant the property was very warm for winter with no need for heating . Pool table got lots of use , a great rental for family group .

Reviewer Comments: On entering the house you are surprised by its size and spaciousness.The house was more than enough for our big family.The master bedroom was huge with large floor to ceiling windows to frame the beautiful landscape.The teenagers loved the huge and comfortable Media room and the Pool room.The kitchen was adequate for the size of the house.A good feature was the the Filtered water tap on the bench. On the negative side the tile floor in the kitchen was very sticky underfoot and ea had to mop it again.Probably too much floor cleaning liquid.I feel that the kitchen stove and range hood need a good clean.The ice maker in the fridge does not appear to work.The Dyson vaccuum cleaner does not charge...either the battery or the charger.The Exhaust fan in the main bathroom downstairs is coming away from the ceiling and the shower head in same bathroom is faulty...water comes out of connecting pipe to shower head making it difficult to shower.The toilet in same bathroom has trouble flushing....slow to operate. The outdoor BBQ was excellent and it was a good idea to have a spare bottle og gas as the one hooked up to bbq was empty.OVERALL IT WAS A PLEASANT STAY.

Lovely Large Home with great Views

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is a lovely home and we did have a great time with the 10 of us. Lots of space to spread out and the Snooker table was a winner. The disappointments were the cleaning was not great, there was rubbish between all the cinema chairs, cobwebs in family room, 2 toilets had not been cleaned. 2 out of the 3 Smoke Alarms did not have batteries in them. Absolutely no pantry items like oil, S&P, clingwrap etc that usually get left by people to use. If cooking for large amount of people, there was any big fry pans or casserole dishes. There was also a leaking roof that dripped in the cinema room. Downstairs bedroom is only room in house that doesn't have aircon or a fan. It needs a bit of maintenance with various items. A couple of the door locks have chipped bare timber. Overall the stay was good, but if you paying for a luxury home, you want it in A1 condition and this was not up to standard.
