Large 1200 square foot brand new suite. With Air Conditioning!
Guests have access to their own off street parking as well as private front and rear patios.
This suite is brand new in a house built in 2019. Be some of the first guests to enjoy this clean space with executive finishes.
The suite is centrally located on a quiet, dead-end street in Nelson BC. Walking distance to downtown and close to local biking and hiking trails and beautiful kootenay lake.
High speed wifi allows this space to be great for remote working.
King sized bed in a dark and quiet large bedroom for a restful sleep.
Smart tv to relax in front on a comfortable oversized couch that can easily be used as a third sleeping space.
Additional futon bed in living room as well.
Fully equipped brand new kitchen with quartz counter tops, top of the line appliances, gas range and dishwasher for cleaning ease.
Full bathroom with a deep double soaker tub for a luxurious stay.

We had a great stay, the apartment is very comfortable and has everything we could possibly need, down to the details like laundry pods. The location was also great, quiet and not too far from downtown. Michelle was very good at communicating with us, we will come back when we’re in Nelson next!

Fabulous place with lots of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy. Quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Super clean with all the amenities you would want. Very close to rail trail (for those who want “flat” riding) with access to so many other trails not quite so flat. Nelson has a great feel about it. Be sure to check out the historical and thriving downtown.

It was very clean and plenty of open space. We enjoyed the outdoor seating, as well. The location was great for getting to everything we wanted to do. The host was excellent regarding communicating and making sure everything was good. Definitely will look to stay again when I'm the area.

Parking was a bit weird

Bit of a challenge with parking when more than 2 vehicles. Also the timing of the A/C unit install upstairs was very loud.

Chique and quiet

The appartment is very roomy, newly built, beautifully decorated, and modern. We felt at home and relaxed especially since the neighbourhood is quiet and family-oriented. Although the grounds have not yet been fully landscaped, the front deck has to be 400 to 500 square feet with a view to the mountain on the other side of the lake, and we found ourselves having coffee, eating snacks, or reading on the deck. You had to drive to Baker Street and the downtown area of Nelson but it was easy to find parking and we were close to the grocery stores for shopping as well as to the main bridge, named "Bob". I'm sure some more ambitious people could walk to Baker Street. It was easy to communicate with Michelle and she always responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere!! Extra charges added up very fast, as you are charged extra for everything. Extra cleaning, moving off furniture, extra guests, dog. Owner of the property entered the accommodation prior to 11:00am, which is check- out time without notifying us.
