The Lookout is a warm & comfortable one-bedroom holiday home that features native Rimu timber floors & furniture, and a fully-equipped kitchen & BBQ.
It is located on a small quiet & friendly street with easy walking distance to town & the neighbourhood bars & restaurants. Just 5 mins walk to Founders Heritage Park & 15-20 mins walk to the City Centre.
The convenience & privacy of the home is very ideal for travelling professionals or couples.
**Special notes & conditions**:
- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Generally, pets are not permitted, but you are welcome to contact us with details of your pet along with your assurances for the care of the home.
- This home is not suitable for young children. Please be aware that the home is located on the second level of the property & is accessed via stairs.
- The owner's boat (not available to guests) occupies the carport area & the garage is reserved for owner storage. The laundry is located in the carport.
- A single off-street carpark is available for guests. The carpark is parallel to the house & directly in front of the car-port & garage door.
**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:
- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).
- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.
- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)
