A 3 bedroom villa with 9 metre swimming pool, on the beach of Latchi, in Polis Chrisochous area (Pafos). Offers sea views. It is fully equipped and all rooms have air-conditioning units. It has all facilities necessary for families and Individuals to enjoy peaceful holidays in the Sunkissed island of Cyprus. You will want to come back again and again and again. The sea water is so clear that In the evenings you might be able see the big turtles Careta Careta laying their eggs.

Fantastic stay at Villa pergia. This villa was very well equipped. We had a late night flight and had lots a fruit and breakfast things in the fridge when we arrived. The owners dad kept the pool very clean and bought an array of fruit and cake, which were all delicious! Thank you for your hospitality we will definitely be staying again!

perfect holidays

We had wonderful holidays in a beautiful and very well-kept house! Everything we needed was there. The pool is great and was cleaned every two days by the owner's father. We were treated like friends and even received lots of fresh fruits and cypriot cake creationes from Yiannakiss lovely parents :) The way to the beach was about 300m. The beach was great and the water crystal clear. We never felt so welcome in our holidays and we will come again for sure! Thank you!

Well presented and great hospitality!

Yiannais and his family showed exceptional hospitality and myself and my family had a wonderful time. We arrived late to find the fridge and cupboards stocked with all the essentials we may have needed. Yiannakis was also very quick in answering any questions we had. The house is a short walk down to a lovely beach and very close to Latchi harbour. The nights are quiet and peaceful and all you can hear is the sea. I have two children, 3 and 5, and they absolutely loved it. There are also toys and beach paraphanelia in the house. There may be lots of places to rent but I would highly recommend Yiannakis’ family’s villa. It has everything you need, it is clean and tidy and the family is reliable and welcoming.

Perfekte Kombi aus ruhiger Lage, Nähe zum Strand und eigenem Pool. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Yiannakis Haus bietet alles für den ruhigen Sommerurlaub und ist äußerst familienfreundlich. Geschmackvoll, gepflegt, sauber, perfekt ausgestattet, sehr geräumig. In drei Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand, der dort auch in der Hauptsaison alles andere als überlaufen ist. Zur Versorgung braucht man ein Auto. Der Badeort Latchi ist nicht weit und bietet alles vom Supermarkt bis zur Strandtaverne. Der Pool war für unsere Kinder natürlich das Highlight. Er wurde alle zwei Tage gereinigt und auch sonst ist alles top. Das Haus ist in Privatbesitz und die Familie kümmern sich selber um alles. Yiannakis und seine Eltern sind enorm gastfreundlich und haben uns auch noch großzügig mit Köstlichkeiten aus ihrer Küche verwöhnt. Einfach in jeder Hinsicht super.

Perfect location - cyprus hospitality at its best

We've been visiting Latchi area for the last several years and that villa has one of the best locations we would have hoped for. It's located just a short stroll away from literally the best beach on the whole area. Owners, were very friendly and made us feel at home. Overall, an excellent experience. We'll visit again, that's for sure.

Sehr netter Vermieter und wunderbare Überraschung bei der Ankunft

-günstig gelegenes einzeln stehendes Haus -der Strand kieselig aber mit sehr klarem Wasser -Selbstbedienung bei den Orangen und Zitronen Bäumen war möglich und es wächst auch Minze auf dem Grundstück alles da für einen Mochito -nach einer Woche wurde das Haus gereinigt und die Bettwäsche gewechselt -wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt und werden wieder kommen
