"Clean and well renovated room "

"We celebrated our friends birthday in Vegas for the weekend 🎉 It was a short weekend but we had a great time. The pool area was clean and fun to hang out we spent the whole day there. Pool hours are from 10-6pm. The service was decent. Great bites for lunch! The room was fine, no refrigerator. They charged an additional fee if you need one. Other than that great trip!!!"

"The room was clean and comfortable. It offered Netflix (with my own membership) on the TV. Hotel property is well maintained. There are places to eat in the casino, but I did not take advantage of them this time. They are of a Hawaiian theme. Staff was all friendly. This hotel is near (but not on) the Fremont Street Experience. So it's nice to be close to that, but not right there, for when you want away from all the people. There is a skywalk from this property to the hotel/casino next door in case you want to stay inside and check out another property. I'd stay there again and would recommend it to others."

"The room was filthy - black mold in the shower. Requested a missing chair 3 times and was given a straight backed restaurant chair - finally received a chair for our room the last day we were there. I was looking forward to our stay since we had been there several times before before COVID - now was very disappointed in the condition and upkeep of the room. "

"Check-in was at 4 PM. We were told the pool closed at 7 PM, and the website says the same thing, but the pool actually closed at 6 PM — or earlier depending on staff, apparently — so we only had about 2 hours to use it. Which was the sole purpose of picking this hotel. When we got to the pool area, we were told someone had tried to have sex in the slide and broke it. Parts of the tank/setup had been moved around, including the fish. The pool itself was open, but the situation was bizarre. The room itself was worse. Carson Tower room 490 had mold in the shower, a chunk of porcelain coming off the tub, and the tub wouldn’t drain properly. We ended up leaving and going to another hotel. This used to be a great hotel back around 2010. It’s gone downhill badly. Never again. "

"The shower in the morning was Luke warm, bummer, TV channels cut out, free internet was horribly slow. Coffee from Zingermans was great!"
