"Bit of a small room but service was very good! Check in was swift, amenities were nice, and air conditioning kept us cool during the hot days. We really liked the connecting restaurants and that 2 convenience stores were also in/connected directly to the hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful, even through our unexpected medical emergency. Front desk was compassionate and came to check in on us after returning from the hospital, letting us know they were there if we needed anything else from them. We very much enjoyed our stay!"

"We stayed here from June 24- Jul 7. The staff was great. They were all very friendly and helpful. I utilized the bell captain desk to make the limousine bus reservation and the concierge to make reservations for restaurants around Tokyo and they were both excellent. The only encounter I felt a little off putting was from the male receptionist who checked me in. He was not rude, maybe he was tired? Our room was as expected. Housekeeping did a great job. No complaints there. We got fresh towels and our amenities were stocked daily. The water pressure in the shower was very good. The coin laundry service was also great. The laundry room was well kept and very clean. It was very convenient to have that service connected to our TV in our room so we can watch in real time which machines were available and how much time was left on them. So convenient. We also utilized the restaurant on the main floor for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Although the service was great, we only ate breakfast twice there (thank goodness we didn't pay for the entirety of our stay) since it was the same foods daily. It was a buffet set up but two days in a row of the same choices was enough for us. We instead ate at several coffee shops near the hotel. We chose a la carte for dinner and was not disappointed. They had a wonderful steak set. The hotel is conveniently located across from the Ikebukuro station which houses Lumine and Tobu department stores. It is a safe location"

"The room was spacious for the 3 of us, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was cleaned daily. The hotel is location was very convenient easy walk to stations and the busy Kabuchicko area. I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time I come to Tokyo."

"The staff was helpful and extremely kind. Front desk helped us with our luggage transfer to Osaka. The room was as small as we expected but clean of course. Location is so convenient as it is steps away from the subway station."

"The rooms are small, but great for a small Trip or to Stay in budget, very clean, excellent costumer service, good location in Shinjuku. I would not recommend for someone overweight. It works great for our 1 night stay. We stay in APA hotels before and I loved it!"
