This lovely split-level 3-bedroom house is located in the heart of Nerja, just a stone's throw away from the shops, bars and restaurants in this wonderful resort. There are two double bedrooms , one twin bedroom, one bathroom, and a separate WC. The house has a capacity of 6 guests.



Casa Nayroa is split over 3 levels. There is a lovely rooftop terrace to enjoy, perfect for the warm evenings as well as the sunny days. Guests staying here can enjoy being within very short walking distance of the town centre and beaches.



the three bedrooms have an air conditioning unit to help you sleep more comfortably at night.



The apartment is situated in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood and is suitable for families and couples alike.



A car is recommended for visitors to the property, however, the apartment's convenient location, close to all the amenities in Nerja, means that it's quite possible to enjoy your stay here without a car. We have an arrangement with a friendly local taxi driver who offers a competitively-priced airport transfer if required.

Beautiful house in fantastic location.

Lovely property in an ideal location close to shops and some great local bars. It’s a short walk from the Balcon and it’s vibrant nightlife. The property is well equipped for a comfortable stay with everything provided to have a day on the private roof terrace with a great BBQ. Inside its beautifully clean with comfortable bed and luxurious bedding we slept really well every night. Spain Sun Rentals were fantastic to deal with, helpful and informative throughout the stay replying to the WhatsApp messages without delay dealing with any questions we had. Thoroughly recommended
