Comfortable 85 m² apartment in a prime Nerja location offers uninterrupted, panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment features a living room with a dining area, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The layout is ideal for two couples, with each section offering private bathrooms for added privacy and access to the shared lounge. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and all necessary kitchenware. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a 50” Smart TV with streaming services and a wide selection of channels, a Sonos music system (compatible with your own music account), and effective air conditioning in both bedrooms and the lounge. A washing machine with multiple programs, including tumble drying, is also provided. This is one of five apartments in the VerdeMar building featuring two private balconies: a small southeast-facing balcony for the best morning and noon sun, and a larger southwest-facing balcony for noon, afternoon, and early evening sun. Smoking and pets are not permitted. Located on the 2nd floor, the apartment is high enough for tranquility and low enough for people watching.



Guests have access to a shared, sunny garden with a fenced pool and terrace. Parking on the property is subject to availability, and free street parking is available nearby. The property has a step-free interior, with a few steps from the elevator exit leading up to the apartment.



The property is uniquely located in the Parador area, directly across from the beautiful Carabeillo Beach. The larger, vibrant Burriana Beach, known for its cafés, restaurants, and various types of water sports, is just a short walk away. The town centre and the famous Balcon de Europa are a level 9-minute walk from the apartment.
