Welcome to Casa Ladera Andaluz, a newly refurbished 2 bedroom bright and spacious apartment in the exclusive urbanization of Ladera del Mar.
The accommodation has a high quality kitchen with appliances, a modern bathroom and 2 spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. When you step out on the terrace you get a breathtaking view of the sea and sun from sunrise to sunset.

The apartment:

* 1 bedroom with a large double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds. (Extra baby cot available at request and extra cost).
* Newly renovated bathroom and newly renovated kitchen with all needed appliances.
* Living room with dining table, sofa and TV (100+ international channels and Apple TV).
* Workplace with 27” 4K screen and 300 Mbs wired internet.
* WiFi.
* Shaded secluded Patio in front of the entrance.
* Glazed terrace for windy days.
* Southfaced outdoor terrace with sunbed, lounge and spectacular views and sun from early morning until sunset.
* Dishwasher and Washing machine.

* 25-40 min walk/5 min drive to the charming city center of Nerja with hundreds of restaurants.
* 8-10 Euro taxi from city centre to Ladera del Mar.
* Easy parking on the streets.
* 5 min walk to nearest bus stop.

* Quaint spanish coastal town with lots of restaurants and amenities.
* 50 minute drive from Malaga Airport.
* Lots of beaches, small and large.
* Lots of excursions nearby or within reasonable driving distance, Granada (Alhambra), Malaga (Picasso museum), Cádiz, Sierra Nevada (winter skiing, summer trekking), Ronda and lots more of places.
* Several Golf courses within easy driving distance.

An ideal retreat for those seeking sun, serenity and beautiful surroundings but with the amenities of a town within walking distance. As you have fast internet and a workplace this is also the perfect spot for those going on a workation.

New kitchen, fully equipped for a chef; new bathroom with heated floor! We enjoyed this comfortable, trouble-free place for a month. Landlord was very helpful. We would certainly return. Ladera del Mar is an established community with well-maintained units and lovely gardens. You can walk to Nerja-centre if you are fit; we normally get a car. There was ample parking in March.

We had a wonderful time in Nerja. The apartment feels more like a house, than an apartment and is very well appointed with everything you may need for your stay. The hosts are very friendly and quick to respond. The location is close to the sea, walking distance to downtown (and you can bus or taxi back). And the view is to die for.

Wir waren Mitte Juni/25 für 10 Tage in der Unterkunft.Es war alles perfekt!Betten sind klasse und die Terrasse hat einen atemberaubenden Ausblick aufs Meer. Wir haben sogar Delfine gesehen.Ein großer Wohnbereich mit gemütlicher Couch runden alles ab.Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die kleine grüne Oase vor der Tür, schön schattig und kühl.Der absolute Hammer ist die Küche! Wir hatten noch nie so eine top ausgestattet Küche! Und wir waren schon in vielen Ferienwohnungen.Die Nähe zu Nerja und Stränden ist perfekt, man benötigt aber ein Auto dafür.In der Umgebung ist mehr zu unternehmen, als wir im Urlaub Zeit hatten.Absolute Empfehlung!Frank

Beautiful and well equipped apartment

Large bed rooms with a new double bed. A huge kitchen and living room area in one. The view to the sea from the outdoor area is just amazing. Very easy and fast to get in contact with the owners through the Vrbo app.

Das Appartement ist in der Realität noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Es war wirklich ein „Wow“ Effekt beim Ankommen. Es ist super ausgestattet, war sehr sauber und kann klimatisiert werden (da es auch Anfang Oktober noch sehr heiß war, war dass super). Anmerkung für den ein oder anderen mit z.b. Knieproblemen: Der Weg zu Fuß von der Hauptstraße aus hoch zum Appartement (z.B. von Nerja aus kommend) ist relativ steil. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Appartement absolut empfehlen!

Wunder schöne Wohnung, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Einen kleinen Elektrogrill für die Terrasse wäre schön gewesen. Tolle Aussicht,ruhige Lage und genügend Parkplätze. Viel zu viele Treppen zur Wohnung und zum Pool, TV war für uns sehr kompliziert.

Schöner Aufenthalt im Februar

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Der Balkon mit Meerblick ist wirklich klasse. Auch die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist toll, mit Waschmischine, Spülmaschine und sogar einer Saftpresse hat man alles, was man braucht. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass das Hauptschlafzimmer kein Fenster nach draußen hat, sondern nur zum Wintergarten. Nachts kommt dann nicht so viel Frischluft herein. Das ist aber lediglich ein sehr kleiner Wermutstropfen. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Als kleiner Tipp: In Torrox gibt es eine deutsche Bäckerei, wo man auch Vollkornbrot bekommt. :)

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft und wenn das Wetter mal nicht mitspielt, kann man immer noch den Ausblick von der verglasten Terrasse genießen. Noch nie haben wir eine so gut ausgestattete Küche, in einem Apartment, vorgefunden. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht. Alles war sehr sauber und der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer war sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können dieses Apartment weiterempfehlen.

Fantastischer Ausblick mit tollem Appartement und viel Ruhe

Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt im Appartement und haben die Zeit und den wirklich überwältigenden Ausblick von der Terrasse aus sehr genossen. Wir waren begeistert darüber, dass Strandstühle und -schirme in der Abseite vorhanden waren, die wir sehr gerne am Strand genutzt haben. Auch ein großer Pluspunkt waren die Klimaanlagen im Wohnzimmer und in den Schlafräumen. So leise Geräte hatten wir noch nie. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es bei der Sauberkeit in der Küche, weil wir zunächst das Geschirr und Besteck von Essensresten und Wasserflecken befreien mussten. Das ist leider typisch bei Spülmaschinenreinigungen, wenn Salz und Klarspüler im Gerät fehlen. Vielleicht bei nächster Gelegenheit einfach auffüllen lassen. Alles in allem hatten wir eine wirklich tolle Zeit und werden das Appartement auf jeden Fall bald wieder buchen, zumal der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern Mikael und Cecilia fantastisch funktioniert hat.

Wirklich ein "verstecktes Juwel"! Ideal um ruhige und entspannte Tage fern ab vom Trubel zu genießen aber auch so gelegen;, dass alles Notwendige in der Nähe zu finden ist. Amazing flat with sunny terrace

Very amazing flat with a super sunny terrace. The whole flat was very well equipped and has everything you might need during your stay. Also it was spotlessly clean and the communication with the owner beforehand was great and uncomplicated. We would return without any doubt!
