Wir haben uns trotz der Enge sehr wohl gefühlt, weil wir die leeren Zimmer als Abstellmöglichkeit genutzt haben. Wir hatten von zu Hause ein paar Küchenutensilien sowie Kleiderhaken mitgebracht. Die zentrale Lage ist gerade im Skiurlaub sehr angenehm. Man kann von dem Ende der Talabfahrt zurück zum Haus laufen. Das ist ideal. Es gibt leider keinen Skikeller - die Skier müssen auf der Terrasse gelagert werden. Diese ist offen zugänglich. Es gibt in Neukirchen sehr viele kostenlose Angebote für Gäste des Ortes. Im Sommer ist es ein Paradies für Wanderer mit Kindern, da die Wege von Spaßobjekten (Rutschen, Murmelbahn etc.) begleitet werden.
