"We loved the house and neighborhood. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the updated bathrooms. Our party was three adult couples, and each couple had our own bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed the feeling of being guests in a friend’s house. The clean up process was very reasonable. And we enjoyed the snacks and coffee. The only wrinkle was that the listing includes a hot tub, which was not present - although we hadn’t planned to use it. Morning coffee...

"Beautiful Place & property. Our only disappointment was the torrential rain that enabled Cya-king and fishing . The Water got too high and the strong rolling current wasn’t safe to do either. But, we enjoyed sitting on the beautiful covered deck and the lovely fire pit below watching and listening to the rolling water and hearing the sounds."

"This is the second time we have stayed at this property and will almost certainly stay here again. The hosts are prompt and attentive and easy to communicate with. The property itself is situated in a state park so the setting is beautiful and peaceful. I would give both the hosts and the property a 10 out of 10. "

"Cute, older cottage in the perfect location to get to restaurants, shopping, and USM. As others have said, this property could use updating; however, the home was in a perfect location and set at a reasonable price for our overnight stay. "
