「Great secure place to stay」

「Beds were hard. Place was showing its age. Sink faucet was loose. Breakfast Buffet was good with made to order omelets. Food otherwise was not very good.」

「這是一個服務品質很好的酒店，從進門口開始起的接待以及警衛、到櫃台的服務人員以及每天在走道上遇到的工作人員，都可以感受到很友善、充滿笑容的服務；該有的設施包含游泳池/健身房也都有，早餐選擇很多，另外我特別喜歡位在頂樓的Lounge，環境好又價格合理。 酒店的對面就是公園，周遭也很多餐廳，算是很方便有很安全的地方！」

「Breakfast is great 」

「Hotel and rooms were very clean. Majority of staff was great. 1 early morning front desk girl didn’t even say good morning or acknowledge us when we came down. Rest were great. Free breakfast was a total waste. Like a cheap microwave meal. Very disappointing.」

「Friendly stuff enjoyed my stay for the price. It’s reasonable, large, clean restroom, smiling faces every day in the front lobby and secured by a gate. The room can be a bit noisy but like I said for the price it’s worth it and if you don’t mind or you’re a heavy sleeper than this will be a great choice walking distance from the mall to the government center and one block from the hospital for emergencies」

「Upon arrival to property front desk was not helpful and instructions were not complete in how to check in. We had to wait an hour after a long flight just to check in. I’m disappointed with the service at the condo.」

「Robinson mall is undergoing renovations. It's located next to the hotel. Not much to offer in the mall. No designated smoking area except the open main street. No cover no shade just open sun or rain」

「Staff friendly. Lobby better than room. Towels a bit yellow but consumables are o.k. Swimming pool small but reasonable. Massage and spa best among all. Taste of breakfast fairly well but too little. Can come to enjoy next time. 」

「Property has potential, might need a management change though. Staff knew internet was not working before we booked the stay and didn’t tell us till after we took possession of the room. We stayed in the premium 2 bedroom suite. 1 TV had 4 channels to watch, 2 TV’s were unusable. I asked staff when the TV’s and internet would be working, they said they didn’t know as they called their internet provider over a week ago and the provider had not attended to fix the issue. 「The place needs to be cleaned. We killed two roaches during our stay. And there is no proper instruction how to get inside.」
