The desk and chair and living room chair and couch were very comfortable. It was nice having two AC/heat units - we could keep temperatures cooler in the 'bedroom and kitchen area' and warmer in the 'living area.' "Very simple, basic accommodation: clean, comfortable bed, great shower, park right in front of room, microwave/refrigerator, TV. Great for the price and easy to find on the main road. No breakfast or coffee, but McDonalds across the street!"

"This is an older motel, but it works well for a quick overnight stop when you're traveling through, want to be quickly back on the road, and dont want to spend a lot for that quick stop and rest. The nicely updated bathroom was wonderful. The front desk staff was very nice. Its an old facility, but it served us well. "

"A truly enjoyable experience! The house was immaculate, and very comfortable. Lots of living space inside, and the screened in porch was a delight. The setting was idyllic, reminiscent of Thoreau’s Walden Pond. The host had everything you would need for entertainment, from fishing poles to a grill and fire pit to lots of games for rainy days. Lots of room for kids to play and explore. Our host was very nice, and very helpful!"

"This tiny cabin was exactly as described, in a country setting with horses right behind the house. The pictures do it justice. It’s perfect for most people, but not for old fat folks like ourselves. We had trouble getting up from the low fluffy couch, barely fit in the shower, and could have easily won America’s Funniest Videos trying to get in and out of the queen bed that was pushed up against the wall! "This property met our needs while travelling out of country to a family wedding. The location was excellent! We had family ranging from 7-77 and there was space for all 8 of us with sleeping room to spare! We would definitely book this location again when visiting TXK."
