Itrip is great

We have worked with Allison and Dustin the last 3 years as Winter Texans, and we have had great results! Any request that we have had has been answered immediately, and the units have met our expectations. They go above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. I would suggest them to everyone we know.

2024 Guadalupe River Trip

The place was great nice clean and better than I expected from pictures. I wasn’t to happy about it not being as close to the river as explained in the listing! (Just a stone throw away). It’s more like a few football fields away. Also didn’t like that the pool closed at 10pm. Most of us didn’t get back to the rooms until close to that time. Needs to be a little later than that. Which I understand some people might be sleeping but after all it is vacation . Apart from those 2 minor things we had an amazing time. It was me my lady and buddy and his lady. We would definitely come back but maybe make sure we got a bottom floor and the end of the condos. Overall very great place and I would recommend staying here to anyone.

We stayed at this condo for a girls trip to New Braunfels and had a wonderful time! The condo is very cute, spacious, and had plenty of room for all of us to relax and enjoy. The location was perfect and close to all the activities we wanted to do. It was about a 10 Uber ride to downtown New Braunfels and around 20 to Gruene Hall, which made getting around super easy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Beautiful property and great customer service! I had a few questions about BBQ Pit, parking,etc and all were answered via email in a few minutes. Would stay again! Plenty of amenities on site and fully equipped kitchen. Within walking distance to Guadalupe River. 2 nice swimming pools and 4 hot tubs!

River Trip

Great location, close to everything. Condo was clean and well supplied, only issue we had was the dryer door was broke. Condo is right above the pool which was nice and clean, overall we had a great stay and will come back!

River Life is Great

We have stayed at many different properties in New Braunfels, this location on the river was definitely our favorite. 8 days of river life was great! Lots of shade down by the river, steps and a path, also some great spots to fish. There are two pools (one just below our balcony) and another closer to the river. It is a short walk to get to river, so a wagon to help with tubes and ice chests would be recommended, if you have little ones (we did not). This condo had plenty of hot water, towels, cold AC, and basic utensils for cooking. The unit is located between the stairs and the elevator, which made unloading and loading a breeze. An added bonus is the designated parking spot is in the shade. All questions were answered quickly by the host. Check in and out was easy and efficient. This property was a welcomed change from being close to a public in/out location. We felt like we had the river to ourselves most days. Will definitely return again to this location.

Spacious but uncomfortable mattresses

The place was spacious and only a few minutes walk to the river just as the post stated. However, both beds were very hard and super uncomfortable and the futon had gross stains all over. The location/area is older and the apartments are in the process of being renovated so there were painters there taping off all windows and doors and working while we were there. Other than that the place was just as described.
