This is a great location to stay. The condo was very clean and well stocked. My only complaint is we had to fill the propane tank for the grill ( it does say in the contract that you might have to) but for the price of the condo (which is well worth it) I think the it’s something the property managers should be responsible taking care of especially since you can’t bring your own grill. Other than that our stay was awesome and we will definitely be back!!

Water was shallow but high enough to sit & stay cool views amazing There is a tube rental/ shuttle bus in walking distance you & yours can ride shuttle to the bottom of the horse shoe & float back down to condo The condo security guard is on site watching for unauthorized vehicles in parking lot. Negative's,no privacy

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property and our unit was nice. We’ve stayed here twice before though not in this exact unit. Some of the young guests in our unit were met with a hostile property manager one evening. He cussed at them and was extremely unprofessional. We have always been very courteous guests and didn’t appreciate the vulgar language used by the manager towards a couple of the people in our group. Completely unnecessary and unkind. Management could use a lesson or two in hospitality.

a ton of bs to get into this place, and unclear info about it. Both comments are a result of lack of clarity from the condo unit. You *have* to download the app to get info about checkin, this is not clear and caused us a lot of trouble. You are only allowed *2* cars, be forewarned ! This was not clear on booking, and made our trip very difficult to mitigate. 2 cars for 8 people is unrealistic. Checkin in an hour round trip from the property, for no reason at all. That said the property is beautiful and peaceful.

This is a top notch condo. Very clean. Very nice neighborhood. When they say there is rules- beleive them. We met the security guard the first night, and he made sure everyone was respectful. This is more of a family environment than the typical party vibe found at most river homes. It was very relaxing!!

Wonderful view, kids loved the easy access to river! Was central location with everything nearby. The condo was very clean and what we were told to expect! Only thing that did not work was the grill outside; we had to resort to other food service but this was only a minor inconvenience, not enough to say we wouldn’t go back! ABSOLUTELY WILL BOOK AGAIN!!!!!

The condo was great except it does not sleep 8 as it listed, and the kitchen is very small...but we made it work. The mattresses are terrible. Everything else was great.
