A gem!
The kind of place that makes you go "I wish we could stay longer" when it's time to check out. The porch is the perfect place to kick back with a cup of coffee or a beer, and the interior is pristine while still feeling cozy. Great amenities (we really appreciated the guidebook). Suzanne is tremendously hospitable and responsive. Couldn't ask for a better location for river activities. We will absolutely book again in the future!

Probably the best we have stayed
This unit is perfect. It had every thing we needed. Half the patio was in the shade the other in the sun. It was private and just great for my fur baby. Close to the water and the pool. It was a little chilly so the heated pool was so nice. We will definitely stay here again. I would remind everyone the rules are there for a reason. You don’t want to wake up in the morning and find out your car has been towed because you did not follow the rules! The host was available for any and all questions and was a great help!

Perfect location
This was a trip with my husband and my parents. We enjoyed the end unit. It was quiet and loved the patio. The location was perfect, just a few minutes to downtown Gruene and New Braunfels. We would recommend this place to others and would stay again.

Very nice property
Condo was very clean with a lot of attention to details that made our stay easy! The surrounding neighborhood is a little run down, but once you get inside and look out at the grounds and amenities, it’s good! My husband enjoyed fly fishing in the river and even caught a couple ( and threw them back of course).

I am glad we chose this location. Where our river access was, was great. It had a short section with a strong current, swimming area, sitting area. It was very nice. Home was clean and had everything we needed.

Perfect Unit
There were 6 of us total. Kids ages 13-21, 2 adults and 2 dogs. Great corner unit, porch was great!Perfect amount of sleeping space, easy walk to the river, pool and grills. Great layout of the house! All of the essentials and the comforts of home. Suzanne was quick to respond and very accommodating. We will definitely be back.

My new favorite Waterwheel Condo
Everything was very well stocked and organized. We even had all the little essentials you need in the kitchen to make a good breakfast. Since it is a corner unit, this is one of the only quiet/private units at Waterwheel. Great place to enjoy with friends and family!
