“Nice property,the neighbors dog crapping in the front and back yard and the internet router was by the bed and it made noise so had to unplug when sleeping were the complaints.”

“Check in was easy. The room was clean. The bed was okay, sloped towards the middle. The shower is very powerful and hard to adjust so just be forewarned. The fireplace wasn't operational while we were there but I didn't bother to check with the host since we were there for just one night. Cute house, great location, quiet. It was raining during the stay so we weren't able to enjoy the patio but it looked nice. We appreciated that they stocked the fridge with Cokes, yogurt, etc. Overall, we……

“We really enjoyed our stay on the Alpaca Farm. Very clean, cozy, and fun. Kimmy is an excellent host. Nearby hiking at Rifle Falls State Park was a great recommendation.”

“We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the past 12 years visiting our son in the valley, mostly in Glenwood and Carbondale. The proximity to downtown Glenwood (right around the corner) is this properties best attribute. Very clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable for a smaller space. Many of these "miners houses" are available and this one worked well for us. Thanks!!”

“Nice big home, with lots of room for a group. We used this as our stop to hanging lakes. There is a great restaurant 10 min walk Miners claim. The house was clean, and as depicted. The only negative is that 2 windows did not lock. It was a group of women on this trip, and I did not feel comfortable knowing I could not lock them”

“The house was very clean and well decorated! It was in an excellent location, just 6 minutes from Glenwood Springs. The host was very quick to reply if we had questions, and was always friendly. There were clear instructions for the house, which made it easy to follow. The creek was so beautiful and wonderful to listen to! We would definitely stay here again!”
