We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into the bright, clean lobby and received excellent service. We were even more happily surprised by the spacious, clean room. It was like a suite! It had two beds, easy chair, a glass table with chairs and doors that opened out onto a balcony with views of historic New Concord. The room provided a mini-kitchen with a sink, microwave, mini-fridge, and breakfast bar for two. The bathroom was also spacious, with enough space to put all my toiletries, and a big shower with lots of grab bars.
The Garland had a spacious, colorful breakfast room with windows decorated with flowers and bunnies. Some hotels serve just a continental breakfast, but the Garland served scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, and biscuits and gravy. It also had the usual cereals, fruit and beverages. The coffee was outstanding. Two attendants refilled the food and kept the place clean.

Clean room, great parking, easy check in. Nice balcony. Nice to have great star bucks coffee, bath products were top notch. Smelled so good. Best part was the huge walk in shower! Just what we needed!

It was our first time spending the night there and plan to stay there in the future as its an on between spot for our desntination. Upon arrival, the room smelled like food and could of used some airing out while the cleaners were in earlier (open the sliding glass door). It took a few minutes to figure out the shower head but everything was nice.

The room was large and very clean. Staff was super friendly. When we came back to hotel to relax and watch TV we were disappointed in the TV list in room showing the channels available but not all channels were available. We had a handful of channels to view and had a hard time finding one with movies. We were disappointed in sound quality of TV. Had TV up to 70 volume and still could barely hear what we were watching and had to mute it when commercials came on were louder then show we were watching.

The room was spotless, bedding comfortable, the room large, the breakfast great and satisfying. The pool and hot tub looked clean and inviting, but the amenity was not available.
Great value, friendly staff, clean hotel.
I Highly recommend.

Pleasant and clean room. Excellent water pressure. Very quiet. Lots of pillows. Comfortable bed. The staff were pleasant and polite. I can't speak to breakfast, or to the exercise room or pool, because we didn't partake of those things. The parking lot is a bit small, which makes it hard to find a space when the hotel is crowded. We couldn't figure out how to work the room thermostat, so it was a bit warm for us. Otherwise, it was a nice stay. A great option, especially since it's the only hotel in New Concord.

Had multiple issues during my stay. Checked in to my hotel room the tv would not work at all, so had to switch rooms.The second room i was put in the air conditioner did not work the entire 2 night stay. Also the refrigerator did not work and i had to throw away all my food that i had jist bought do to it all goijg back. Contacted the property to try and get some ot my money back.thwy refused.would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Will not being staying there again.
