We loved that it was so close to Kolob Canyon for some awesome hikes. We would have never Known about them had we not stayed here. We were ok with driving to Hurricane for dining and shopping.

Best of both worlds

My friends and I LOVED staying at this cottage! We especially loved how responsive and kind the owners were, and David even took us to pet some of his farm animals!

Felt like Home

Dave and Cindy made us feel like we were at home!! Sweetest family, had our privacy and quiet . Amazing shower which really made my day as I was really missing my big shower!!

The Farm

Dave and Cindy were wonderful hosts. From our initial greeting to the end of our trip. The cottage was very comfortable and supplied with everything you would want. It was fun to watch the farm animals each day. If we travel back to the area it will be our first choice.

Amazing Atmosphere

We could not have picked a better place to stay while visiting Zion. Dave and Cindy’s family farm is picturesque, the location is ideal (two minutes from Kolob Canyon!), and the cottage is clean and well-stocked. My kids LOVED all the animals… especially Paul the Peacock. Thank you for hosting us for this incredibly memorable spring break!

Great hosts

We thourghly enjoyed our stay and the farm animals. If you are looking for a place away from hustle and bustle to relax and unplug i highly recommend this place. If we are in that area again we will be back.

Beautiful place

Had a wonderful time on the farm. Dave and his family were gracious hosts. The farm animals were friendly and the property was beautiful. Will stay there again next time we're in the area. Highly recommended!

Wonderfully Charming and Friendly Spot!

David and Cindy were incredibly hosts for our short stay. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting their lovely animals and staying at the farm. The space was perfect, and the hosts have really gone out of their way to make the experience memorable for guests. We also highly appreciated their recommendations for the area. We had a truly incredible time here and wish we could have stayed longer!

Great house!

We had an amazing time at Dave and Cindy's. Our boys (8 amd 10) loved feeding the horses and the farm experience. The house was spacious and the kitchen was nice and well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful place to stay!!

Just absolutely loved this guest house and the property. So incredibly beautiful and peaceful. Loved the out of the way location and beautiful views. David and Cindy were wonderful hosts. We would love to come back & stay again - see the things we missed.

Wonderful Place!

Very, very clean, comfortable and spacious. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed visiting with the goats and horses. They were used to being around people and always came up to the fence to greet us. Great central location to Kolob Canyons, Cedar Breaks, Zion, and other great outdoor spots. I highly recommend this cottage.

Comfortable country living

We stayed at nice VRBOs visiting all five national parks in Utah. David and Cindy Killian's place was the best of them all. Spacious room (1200 sq. ft), friendly and responsive hosts, very close to Kolob Canyons in Zion N.P., peaceful animals at their farm, and a show-off wild peacock that paraded in front of our place each day. Couldn't ask for better! Thanks David and Cindy!

Amazing

Everything from amazing accommodations, to farm fresh eaggs, pears, apples and being surrounded by nature and animals was the best thing ever. I would highly recommend. Dave and Cindy were the perfect hosts.

Great Experience!!

This place is excellent to stay and we loved the host and their hospitality. Dave and Cindy walked us through their property and also their Ranch/Cattle. My kids loved to stay and with new experience they were very happy. Dave is very knowledgeable of the area and suggested us great spots for activities around Zion. Beautiful location for star Gazing as well. Would love to stay there in my next trip too.

Best place in Utah!

We loved Dave & Cindy’s place! It was quiet, had everywhere needed to cook and the house is very large with lots of little cozy details. We loved walking the goats, petting the pigs, chickens & horses and the sweet dog Rosie! This place is perfectly located close to trails and yet away from it all! Stay there, you won’t regret it!

Great Location & Hosts!

Visited with the family for a sports tournament in St. George and to explore Zion. The hosts were very helpful with information about the area and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and convenient. They also took the time to introduce us to their animals and let us pet and feed them, which the kids really enjoyed. It was a really good experience and will definitely do it again when we're in the area!

Amazing family getaway

We loved our stay at the cottage! The Killian family are amazkng hosts and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The animals were fun to interact with. The cottage is located near all the breathtaking places S Utah has to offer. We were able to visit Bryce Canyon, Zion , peek a Boo canyon and Kolob Canyon. It was wonderful to have a "home " to return to after our long days of hiking and adventuring.

Fall Trip

Secluded location away from the city. 50 minutes from Zion National Park. Large and open space. It included a large kitchen dining and sitting area. 2 bedrooms with large walk-in shower in master suite. Hosts were kind and very accommodating. Thanks Dave and Cindy

Awesome stay!

It is in a quiet area on a small farm. The owners were amazing, easy going and immediately available to handle any questions and were well-informed about area activities. I can't think of a single thing that was missing or that they didn't anticipate. Very friendly people, indeed, which made for an excellent stay.

Exceptionally Clean cottage in scenic location

We really enjoyed our stay at Cindy and Dave’s place! The house was exceptionally clean and had a nice open floor plan. The property is beautiful with great views of Zion Kolob Canyons, and is located just minutes from I15 and Zion National Park Kolob entrance, but in a very quiet location. Our kids really enjoyed the farm experience with the animals that Cindy organized. And Dave and Cindy were great to communicate with and very responsive. Overall, we couldn’t recommend this place more!

Great home away from home

David and Cindy were so welcoming to us on their property. We loved petting the animals and just being in the beautiful surroundings. It was so nice to have a place to return to, that felt like home, after a day of exploring. They probably make everyone feel this way, but we really felt like friends by the time we left. What a lovely experience it was. We hope to stay again sometime.
