"The reason to stay was not good is because we were told by the manager at the hotel that they would let us back in at a later time because we had already booked to get into the room. After explaining that we would be out late the manager then told us that she would be up late in order to let us in because the locks weren’t working and when we got back around 2 AM, 1:30 AM She was nowhere to be found and we were locked out of the hotel the whole day. "My overall stay had been really comfortable. I liked the wide clean lobby. Didn’t use the pool or had breakfast, though. I wanted latte in the morning, but they had those instant cream packets. Hot americano is available.
I guess the only downside for me was that it has grey carpet floor and I have no idea if the floor is clean or not (smells like a clean old hotel, but it didn’t smell moldy or unclean), and the only way out is via Uber/Lyft inside a narrow forest-y road that Doordash can never find."
"The rooms were clean. we usually avoid service during our stay nonetheless they left us a paper explaining they do service every 2 days and we appreciated the gesture of letting us know beforehand. The front desk and people during breakfast were really nice."
