It’s the kind of place where you can show up, unpack, and immediately feel taken care of. Location is where it really shines. It’s extremely walkable, making it easy to get to restaurants, cafes, and downtown attractions without needing to fuss with parking or rideshares. If you like exploring a city on foot, this is an ideal home base. Service is mostly good, with one caveat: it can be slow at times, especially during busier moments. That said, staff are generally responsive once you connect with them, and they’re helpful and professional when you need something. Overall, it’s an enjoyable, comfortable stay in a prime Richmond location—and one I’d be happy to recommend, especially for anyone who values walkability and a higher-comfort hotel experience."
