“The listing states a 1 bedroom, don’t be confused thinking there is a room with a door and then another room, as it’s just a single room with a bed. There was one gentleman that was very blunt and rude with his words. I unfortunately dealt with him prior to my visit, via phone, and once I got there. “We really enjoyed our three day stay! Bethany is an excellent host, The downstairs room is informal, spacious and comes with new fluffy towels, and beach towels. There is a new deck out on the sand with a fire pit and comfortable chairs and sun umbrellas. There are umbrellas, beach chairs and toys to take to water’s edge. “The real draw for us was the proximity to Foxwoods and the fenced in yard for my son to run and play. We were pleased to find the house just as described: a bit rustic but charming and with plenty of space for us to spread out. The hosts were communicative and helpful. We didn’t have time to make use of the kayaks/pond but the kids enjoyed a s’mores night at the fire ring, and were treated to a gorgeous display of fireflies at sundown.
