「This is a one-bedroom apartment with a bathroom, shower, and kitchenette. It’s very convenient to downtown Winchester. It’s a separate building behind the main house you see off N High St. It was exactly what my husband and I needed when we were in town for a wedding. 」

「The home was small, but nice with an enjoyable property. Unfortunately, the A/C unit wasn’t super strong. It worked the last night we were there when the weather was in the 70s, but it could not keep up with anything in the 80s or higher. Just beware of that if you are visiting during the warmer months.」

「Beautiful home located relatively close to everything. We came to town for the second day of South Star Music Festival. Due to the rain from hurricane Helene and the first day of the festival day 2 was canceled. Very disappointing. But we made the most of the trip and the house was great. We always have our dogs with us and this was perfect. Behind the units is a school with a very large field that’s fenced in. It’s behind the school and it was the weekend so we figured they wouldn’t mind...

「We had a great weekend at this property. We had plenty of room for us, my son and his wife and two minor children. We made Thanksgiving dinner on Saturday and had a duralog in the fireplace on Saturday evening and also Sunday morning. The host was very responsive and cooperative. There are no closets in which to hang clothes but lots of dressers instead. It is upstairs but not a problem. And dog friendly. My sons dog was present and she enjoyed her stay too. There is an awesome washer and dryer...
