The kids made a sledding run in the backyard with the sleds provided in the garage, built a snowman, loved the deer that came right up to the house. "Beautiful home and wonderful hosts. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The home is very clean and decorated beautifully. Step out on the back deck and the Little Salmon River flows by just below you. The scenery and recreational opportunities are fantastic, and the nearby town of Riggins is wonderful and has all the amenities you need. Fishing in the Payette river a short walk and sportsmans access fishing pond a 2 mile drive away. Fire pit and hot tub were hits with all. Would definitely stay here again."

"This house is perfect for a family and so close to everything in McCall. The house is just .3 miles from the entrance to the state park, and a quick drive to all the restaurants and shopping. Accommodations were comfortable and clean, well-stocked kitchen, the arcades were fun for the kids (and adults). The host was easily accessible for any questions we had. One issue was not able to be remedied during our stay, but we made do. Definitely recommend this property for a visit to McCall!"

"This was our first time to visit this part of the US. McCall did not disappoint. Absolutely beautiful and the house was a great addition. The photos online made it seem bigger than it was. But was enough room for two adults. Between what we brought and what was furnished in the house, we did not want for anything. Being right on the Payette river was a bonus. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. We walked the neighborhood and enjoyed the sights. Very close and downtown and the Shore Lodge."

"Our family wanted to get maximum ski time in and this house made that easy to do! great communication from owners, easy check-in, quick access to the ski hill, easy check out, super clean and secluded location. Will definitely stay there again!"

"Beautiful place to stay and play especially if you’re a fisherman, great access to the river. The cabin was probably one of the best VRBO properties that we have stayed at, everything was stocked with numerous thoughtful touches. Two concerns we have: 1- the bed is a full size bed which is too small. 2- there should be a sign off 95 showing that you need to turn at Big Eddy’s Rv, we had to take three runs at it since there was no T-Mobile service in town."
