「This is a small, new hotel, nestled along the railtrain in New Paltz. It's "along" in the sense that the rooms are lined up, balconies facing the railtrail, and immediately beyond (through a treeline) the Wallkill. It's well sited on a beautiful site. Of course the railtrail is convenient, as is Water Street Market, which also follows the rail trail. 「Very relaxing for what we had planned. The room was clean, the "breakfast nook" was abailable at all hours - Self driven. Hot Tub available and large enough to accomodate comfortable over 6 people. We were able to travel to downtown New Paltz very easily and we visited other nearby towns: Kingston, Rhinebeck and Hyde Park. We love to walk and each area was very walkable ... great dining also available in each town. A great and wonderful walk or bike was the "River to Ridge Trail. Beautiful...

「When we arrived at the house, we unpacked and within a few minutes, we smelled something that smelled like sewer gas in the bathroom. The owners came over and accused us of pouring something down the drain to get out of paying them. We could not stay in the house it smelled so bad and they would not refund our money.
