The room was clean and fairly updated. The bathroom was roomy and brightly lit. The parking lot was easy to enter and exit with a traffic light right there. Desk attendants could have been friendlier.

We stayed in the Carriage House. The location was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We did go over to the Berlin Heritage Inn for breakfast and the staff was very nice and helpful. It was a great place to stay

We stayed in the annex building which is just a block outside of Berlin in a quiet neighborhood. I was worried we were going to be further away but was pleasantly surprised with the location. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff back at the main building was friendly and helpful.

We arrived and were told we were in a different building, which was fine, it was right downtown. It was a very basic but cozy and clean room. The bed was comfy. Very basic cable channels. We were confused about breakfast since we were moved to a different building, so we didn’t get breakfast. Beautiful area lots within walking distance. We would love to visit again
