This loft style apartment is the ultimate in holiday accommodation. When you arrive you will be greeted with a spacious living area that flows out on to the balcony, where you can sit with a glass of wine and listen to the waves rolling into Fitzroy beach. Sit back relax and enjoy total serenity.

The fully equipped kitchen will make holiday meals a breeze, you will enjoy two spacious quality bedrooms. the master bed with a comfortable super king bed, the second bedroom with a queen bed. TV's in both bedrooms and the master leads to a modern quality bathroom. Fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer. Three Smart TV's and High Speed Fibre WIFI. This property has everything you will need and more while visiting our beautiful Region. The owner has set this property up to ensure you have a quality stay. Great value for guests.

You are centrally located in Strandon where you can wander anywhere you want to go. A hop skip and jump from the Federal Store Cafe an award winning cafe and a variety of takeaway restaurants. A five minute stroll will have you shopping at the funky Fitzroy Village shops or a ten minute stroll to the popular swimming beach of East End and the Scenic Coastal Walkway or the NP CBD. This location is a tourist hot spot as you can park up and walk to many of New Plymouth's major attractions.

Please note the cleaning fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

It’s located in an industrial, weirdly zoned complex w other businesses. If you only care abt location, then I guess it’s not the best but it’s abt a 3 min drive from central New Plymouth. I didn’t realise where I was going to stay when I booked. It’s unconventional, but the property was clean and comfortable.

This apartment is well furnished, has a very well equipped kitchen, two lovely bedrooms, a decent dining area and comfortable lounge - all the things we needed for our stay in New Plymouth. Although it is in a commercial area, the apartments are situated on the upper story of commercial premises, back from the road, so there is no traffic noise and it is very quiet at night. very handy to the Fitzroy shopping area which has all you need within walking distance and it's only a quick and easy drive from the CBD. Highly recommended - we'll definitely be back!

I was a bit wary about staying in an obviously more "industrial" site - but it was ok! the unit was modern, comfortable and well equipped - the balcony with a bush view was an unexpected bonus. I would stay here again.

The property was well appointed and in a good location near the town. The apartment is part of a group of like buildings with small businesses occupying the downstairs and in this case an apartment upstairs. Despite some early morning activity it was mostly very quiet. Lovely comfortable bed in the main bedroom. Bathroom could be a bit awkward as it was shared and had sliding doors into it-one off the main bedroom and another accessed through a laundry space. It was fine when we worked out how to manage the privacy and how to have a light on without the fan noise. Would happily go back.

We've stayed many places in New Plymouth and loved this location. Being easy walking distance from the beach, Coastal Walkway, Te Henui Walkway, Fitzroy shops which included Dominos, Snappers fish and chips, Liquorland and a great bakery we didn't use the car at all the first two days. Property was exactly what was expected from the website.
