Sin embargo, para el precio, considerando otros alojamientos por la zona, el apartamento estaba muy bien. Tienes un autobus a cinco min a pie desde el apartemento que tr lleva a manhattan en 30 min. así que la localización, considerando que estas en new jersey, también estuvo bien.」

「We had gone to the meadowlands for a concert and needed a place to stay the night. Apt was clean and beds were comfortable. The check in process got mixed up and I was given the wrong apt number. It was very late when we arrived, 12:30 am, but the property manager answered my messages and even called us to help us get into the apt and apologized for the mix up. The reason I didn’t rate this higher is you can’t control the thermostat. It does say it in the reviews but it had been a very hot day...

「The setup was great. As I’m familiar with the area, it was a good value in comparison to hotels/motels in the area. The community is quiet. The unit is to the back of the house, with cameras for security. It’s not a 5 star hotel. But, it definitely served it’s purpose. The property is approximately 4 minutes to NJ Turnpike/Goethall’s Bridge. While the owner has a sense of humor with the posting, there are no amenities. It’s not waterfront, or beach accessible. 「We wanted a place close to NYC for my son's graduation at Carnegie Hall but not pay the expense of Manhattan. We were very pleasantly surprised when we entered the place. It's gorgeous and big with 3 nice sized bedrooms. Very clean. Everything worked. At the end of a dead end street. Near the Path so easy access to Manhattan. We were sad that we only were staying for one night. The owner also is very responsive and willing to work with me.」

「Condo is on the 5th floor with NO elevator. Only had one bath towel each for 6 days. No hand towels or wash cloths. Dead bugs on the floor. Bathtub drain was clogged and backed up inside the tub of material in the drain. Limited bedding on beds. No window coverings in one bedroom. The 3 of us are in our 60's and one with limited mobility. If you don't mind bugs and carrying your luggage up 5 flights then this is the rental for you.」
