King size bed in the master bedroom with private ensuite bathroom. 2 Twin size beds the guest room along sleeper sofa in the living room and a full size hallways bathroom allows this unit to sleep 6 guest comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen, and a washer and dryer in the unit makes Errol 521 a great choice for your next visit to New Smyrna Beach!
This ocean view condo features a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean, directly located on a “no drive” section of the beach. Errol by the Sea is full of amenities! Oceanfront- 2 pools (one seasonally heated) and 2 shuffleboard court- restrooms located on the pool deck. Lighted Tennis courts and communal clubhouse.
Local favorite Mexican restaurant is in walking distance and downtown Flagler Avenue is just 4 miles away!

Not updated , was left no garbage bags, detergent or dishwashing soap. Bath towels were hideous, master bedroom tv a joke .washer & dryer a bigger joke. Saw several roaches. For that kind of $$$ I expected a lot more ! Contacted the property manager & have still not heard back. My group rented 5 spots there this last week. Would like to talk to someone about a partial refund. Please
