The best place to stay in New Smyrna Beach!

This unit was terrific! It was located on the non driving beach, completely renovated with all brand new appliances, bathrooms, beautiful furniture, beach chairs and the location was out of this world! Across the street there is a supermarket, restaurants and stores. We only had to take our car out once to do some sightseeing and head down to the shops on Flagler Ave. We will be back. Great deal and well worth every penny!

Great Condo

My wife and I stayed in the unit for a week. The condo was nicely decorated, very comfortable and was well equipped. The beach was beautiful and the pool was great! The one drawback was there were no table lamps in the entire condo (bedrooms or living area). It made it difficult to relax and read a book in the early morning or evening.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th year staying @ Seacoast. We enjoy the close proximity to the beach & the well-maintained pool. Jane in the office has been very helpful with our reservations & the maintenance man (sorry I forget his name) seems very efficient and cares about his job. Terry & her team did an excellent job keeping the unit clean & addressing any questions. Unit #212 was a very nice unit & was perfect for our family. The seating & dining area is very comfortable for 6 people. The majority of the month it was just me there but when my family came it was nice to fit everyone comfortably. The master bedroom bed was perfect which I especially appreciate as I have a back that acts up on occasion. We loved having the beach chairs, beach towels & boogie boards available. It sure is nice not to have to bring everything from home. A couple things do need addressed: The refrigerator ice maker is leaking & the pots/pans need updated. We have requested to stay here again next year & hope we will be considered.Until we meet again Seacoast, Pam & Roger Doyle

A bit disappointed

The condo could have been very nice, but it was not clean. Lots of hidden dirt. Pulled a dish out of the cupboard with butter and toast crumbs! found dirty underwear under the bed, a shirt and pool noodle under the couch. Felt as though we had to disinfect and clean ourselves to feel comfortable. On a positive note. The location and ground were very nice

Good stay

The property was well maintained, did have some problem with elevator, but since we were on the second floor, not a big problem. Did have a power outage, but not the fault of complex. Overall a good experience.

Great vacation away from the snow.

Trip to New Smyrna

The staff was very helpful. Aside from the elevator having off and on issues (which wasn't a big deal only being on the 2nd floor) we had no problems what so ever all week. I would definitely recommend this condo and stay here again.

Our Opinion of this complex

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the dishwasher didn't work, the oven was dirty and we were asked to take pictures of it? The T.V. didn't work. couldn't play a CD on main TV, BEDRM table lamp doesn't work as there is no place to plug in...dido clock. Towels are in the kitchen cabinet, no chairs to sit in living room and no table to set a coffee cup on while watching tv, couch is ripped and covered up. Owner needs to understand this is a business and equip the apt accordingly. Large brown plastic utensils in kitchen counter had dried food on them. Old brown bed covers....really? Knowing about the initial problems, and getting right on them, no one from the office called to see "how is everything going?" several in the party are looking elsewhere for future stays. That should not happen.

Remodel was done well!

This is our second trip to NSB. The location of this unit and the remodel was well done. Two points of interest is that the TV in the second bedroom was DVD player only; that was not disclosed and when we asked questions, we were directed to call the cable provider. Not what I want to do on vacation. It is a treat to our kids to have a tv in their room for vacation so they were disappointed and we were not prepared to bring our own DVDs. Also, pull out queen bed is actually a blow up queen bed, not a sofa in the living room. Aside from that, unit was just remodeled and it was done well. The kitchen and bathrooms were new and modern. Everything was clean. The owners even left us a wonderful welcome basket with snacks and reading materials. There were also plenty of beach chairs and toys. The location is excellent. C's Waffles just across the street is a great breakfast place. Loved PJs Fish House for an authentic local meal. Would recommend and we plan to go back!

BEST VACATION EVER!!!

We've been to NSB before and stayed at quite a few different places, but I have to say this one was the best yet! The unit was decorated beautifully and it was so open and clean. It had all the amenities one could ask for and a Huge flat screen TV which everyone loved in the evening. The condo was right across the street from the Supermarket and a strip mall with some great restaurants and stores. My families already booked it for another week in August! There were games, cards, books, toys and sand chairs which we played and used daily. Best vacation yet!

Great Vacation!

I have never been to NSB before and my friend and I were taking vacation together and wanted a nice beach. We decided to go to NSB because it was recommended from a friend who owns a place there. This unit was fabulous and had all the amenities that we could of wanted. We played shuffleboard and took walks on the beach. The unit was beautifully furnished and had the most comfortable reclining couches. We booked a return trip to this unit and look forward to coming back!

Fabulous unit, convenient to everything!

Great unit on the 2nd floor! The unit was beautifully decorated with great, comfortable beds and all the amenities. They even had Tommy Bahama beach chairs, games, current magazine and a huge flat screen TV and a private little patio right next to the unit in addition to the balcony. We were able to put our 5 year old twins to sleep and hear the ocean waves. The pool was great too!

Loved it!

It was our 2nd time staying in NSB at Sea Coast. The unit was clean, bright and beautifully decorated with granite kitchen and an open floor plan. We stayed in this complex before, but this unit was far superior to the other we stayed in. The couches went all the way back and were recliners. We would end up falling asleep on the couch watching the HUGE screen tv in the evening after a great day at the beautiful beach. We will return to this unit and continue coming back.

BEAUTIFUL! A great getaway.

My husband & I came to meet my daughter, son in-law & grandson for the week. This unit was beautifully decorated and had all the the most comfortable beds. Across the street there was a great Italian restaurant and a supermarket that was so convenient. We booked thisq unit for a return visit this July and will keep coming back.

Nice time in New Smyrna

My family and I drove down from Toronto, Canada to spend some time in Florida over the Christmas break. We found the apartment at New Smyrna to be conveniently located for shops and restaurants as well as a reasonable drive to Disney and other attractions. Overall we had a very nice time!
